At Pure Link, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds, cancellations, and modifications related to products and services purchased through our platform or affiliated channels.




1. Digital Product Sales (vCards, Templates, Custom Designs)


Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital asset has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Pure Link digital business cards
  • NFC card activations
  • Custom profile builds or design services
  • QR code integrations


We do not offer refunds on digital products once accessed, downloaded, or activated.




2. Physical Product Sales (NFC Cards, Printed Materials)


If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mypurelink.com with:


  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the defect or damage
  • Your order number


Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Return shipping (if required) is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.


⚠️ We do not refund for user errors, including incorrect links or contact data submitted during the order process.




3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)


If Pure Link offers any future subscription plans (e.g., for premium analytics, contact sync, or hosting), the following terms apply:


  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of your billing period.
  • To cancel, email us at info@mypurelink.com or use the cancellation option in your dashboard (if available).



4. Order Cancellations


You may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it as long as it has not entered production. After that point, orders are considered locked and cannot be canceled.




5. Processing Time for Refunds


If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.




6. Chargebacks and Disputes


If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and a ban from future purchases.
